Serves 4-6
I love avocado with fresh fruit in salads!
Ingredients
- 1 5 oz container fresh organic baby spinach
- 1 orange, peeled and divided into segments
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp. chopped dill
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Toss gently with dressing ( any vinaigrette best) just before serving.
