Our already picky eater went through a phase not too long ago where he really wasn’t eating anything. Quinn would go multiple days in a row where he would barely eat anything at all. Mal and I started to get nervous because Quinn was losing weight, and he started to eat fewer and fewer foods. So we reached out to Kacie Barnes, MCN, RDN (Mama Knows Nutrition) for help. Her ideas and advice were so amazing, I just had to share it with other parents who might be struggling as well.
