Fitness At Home (Fitness In The Summertime)

Hello friends, fans, and family,
I hope that you are having a great day. I found this video and I think that it is worth inclusion because we can’t always get out to the gym and workout. So, here are some tips and workouts that you can do at home. This video is by: PsycheTruth from what I have seen they specialize in Yoga, meditation and fitness. So, if this something that you like then they are for you.

I like it because they offer a different point of view and show it as well as talking about it. I think that they bring a fullness to the Fitness In The Summer Time playlist. Also, I like including a variety of different fitness pros so that you get the best quality. Maybe, you might even find a new fitness pro to follow and learn from. I know that I am still learning even though I am also a fitness pro myself. I like talking about fitness concerns when trying to get in shape, lose body fat, eating healthier and/or gaining weight.

Once you are able to workout at home you can even rotate your workouts from gym to home. If you only can workout at home then this will directly help you. I like to workout every odd day at home and every even day at the gym and also I will switch it up from time to time when I am able. Remember to always stretch and take your time. You will make great progress if you don’t rush yourself and/or ego workout. If you do ego driven workouts then you more than likely will hurt yourself. So, don’t do an ego driven workout. If you are trying to lose body fat know that it will take time. You didn’t gain the weight in a day so you won’t lose the weight in a day.

Far too often we assume that we are going to lose all of the weight that we have gained in a few days to one month. We assume and want this to happen even though it took us years to gain the weight. Now we can and we will lose the body fat from a consistent workout and eating right or healthier. Believe it or not eating healthier or making healthier eating choices is 90% of losing body fat. This is also true for gaining weight as well. I personally am not totally familiar with trying to gain weight because I have always been on the heavier side. This is why I included Gabriel Sey’s videos because this is an issue that he directly addresses. I watched his videos and I think that you will gain so much from his videos.
