Fitness In The Summetime

Hello friends, fans and family,
first I want to say thank you. Thank you for your support and love. This video presented here is from an excellent fitness professional Gabriel Sey. He is on YouTube and I strongly suggest that you follow him and please give him your support. This video is apart of my Fitness In The Summertime video playlist on YouTube.
The video actually came out back in 2017 but the information in the video is still very much relevant. When I look for videos to add to fitness in the summertime I look for videos that has quality and best fits my subject matter in this case fitness. They are so many great fitness professionals on YouTube it would be practically impossible to include them all. So, yes, I will miss a few fitness pros that are on YouTube but that does not mean that they are not good. It just mean that I did not see them and/or I was at the end of the series. So, with that being said I am always open to include other YouTube fitness pros who you may want to recommend to me.

In this segment Gabriel Sey is talking about losing weight as apposed to losing body fat. Losing body fat is the correct term but we all say losing weight when that is not accurate. Once you have watched the video you will see the reasons why. If you have not watched the video then I would ask that you do. As I would ask that you watch the fitness in the summertime playlist. The fitness in the summertime play list has a lot of great information concerning fitness which includes but is not limited to losing body fat, toning up, gaining weight, body design, genetics and so on. If you are not following the fitness pros that I present to you in this free video series I would suggest that you follow them.

I am going to close with, fitness is achievable. However, there are factors to consider and do one main one is getting recommendations from your doctor. Health concerns is something that a lot of us don’t even think about until we have to deal with it. But talking to your doctor about good health practices can be and should be useful to you in your fitness endeavors. You can workout pretty much any where it’s just that we tend to only want to workout where we like to.
