The ideal time to consume breakfast, lunch and dinner to lose weight


Breakfast is considered to be the most important meal of the day. It helps kickstart your metabolism and provides you with energy to proceed for the day.

Ideally for breakfast, one must consume a mix of protein, carbs and fat. Talking about the timing of breakfast, there should be a gap of at least 12 hours between your last meal and the time you eat your breakfast. This should be followed when one wants to lose weight.

The best way would be to end your day with detox water and have your breakfast in the morning 15 minutes after having lukewarm water. For example, if you have your dinner at 8:30 pm, you should have your breakfast around 8:30 am.
